Meditation is the gateway to the essence of who you truly are.  It is the deepest rest, while being utterly awake.  It is the embodied practice of complete and total freedom.  It is the silent answer to the longing in every beings heart.  It is the ultimate healing.


My Approach

Meditation is a fundamental practice in any authentic spiritual tradition and is an essential element in coming to know who we truly are.  I have over eight years of meditation and silent retreat experience and bring that depth through in my meditation sessions.  My background in meditation started in the Theravada Buddhist tradition and Vipassana and later shifted to the practice of Self-Inquiry.  Although meditation has countless positive "side-effects" on the mind and energetic system, I share meditation primarily to help others awaken to the essential nature of who they are: pure, all embracing awareness.

This is also the intention of any authentic tradition that promotes meditation as it's main practice. The direct knowledge of our essential nature is the most freeing, liberating and deeply healing experience a human can have.  


Meditation can also be used as a way to cultivate our most divine attributes and qualities such as loving kindness, compassion and forgiveness.  This kind of meditation is also invaluable to us on the journey of healing the psyche and learning how to open the heart.  In my sessions and in Holistic Life Coaching I offer both depending on what's alive for you in the moment.
